Greystar is an international real estate developer and manager headquartered in the United States. As of 2023, the company managed over $76 billion in gross assets and operated across 17 countries worldwide. Greenford Quay represents Greystar’s largest global development to date.

Victory Avenue Designs (VAD) formed part of the founding team, contributing to placemaking strategy during the planning and consultation stages of Greystar’s largest global development. We went on to design and deliver a five-year placemaking strategy that enhanced resident engagement, improved retention, and strengthened brand value. These initiatives helped transform the development into a vibrant, destination-led community, fostering a strong sense of belonging and directly supporting increased occupancy and long-term profitability.
