Quintain is a London-based property investment and development company focused on urban regeneration, mixed-use projects, and Build to Rent at Wembley Park. The development now includes over 5,000 homes, with 3,650 managed by Quintain Living for Build to Rent.

Our six month program of activations helped transform the underperforming development into a thriving urban neighbourhood. Managing the complexities of a concert destination arena, student, residential, mixed use site; Nina’s placemaking and event strategy significantly increased community cohesion, supporting the site’s long-term commercial success.
